There are many ways in which people who once made their living in tobacco can change professions. Bob Cage is one of the more unusual stories. This World Champion Tobacco Auctioneer is now a sculptor, painter and champion tennis player. In addition to pieces scattered about South Boston, the Bob Cage Sculpture Farm can be found at the intersection of Shanti Road and Cage Trail. His open field sculpture display is in continual evolution, with llamas, burros, and goats grazing in the field. Definitely a must see in Southern Virginia for the art lover.

Directions:
From US-58 and US-360 intersection at South Boston, go 1.9 miles north east on US-360 to Shanti Rd and turn left. The first road on left is Cage Trail. Bob Cage’s Sculpture Farm is at intersection of Shanti Rd and Cage Trail.
