Ridge Parkway Milepost 63.6http://www.nps.gov/blri/j_river. htm Located at Milepost 63.6 on the Blue Ridge Parkway, you can learn about the James River and the Kanawha Canal as well as the actual restoration of Lock No. 7 that had lain in ruins for more than 100 years before it was restored by the National Park Service.
