See the early home, factories, and farm where Washington Duke first grew and processed tobacco. Duke's sons later founded The American Tobacco Company, the largest tobacco company in the world. The tour includes the Duke family's restored home, an early factory, a curing barn, and a packhouse. The Tobacco Museum exhibits traces tobacco history from Native American times to the present. Directions: From I-85 take exit 175 and go north on SR-157 (Guess Rd). Take 2nd right onto Duke Homestead Rd and go to homestead. General Location Specific Location
