Located on the south side of the John H. Kerr Dam, the 1.6 mile Liberty Hill Nature Trail is a self-guided interpretive trail that meanders through mixed hardwoods and an old cemetery. The white-blazed trail descends to the river and overlooks Buggs Island as well as the backside of the Dam.
