Dedicated to providing experiences in the visual and performing arts to enrich and enlighten the lives of the people of Henry County, the Piedmont Arts Association provides arts education, special events, art classes, stage productions, a dance ensemble, workshops, and a permanent exhibition gallery. The home of the arts center, Schottland estate, was donated to the Association by the heirs of the late Michael and Lucy Schottland, to provide expanded gallery space and enlarged studio spaces.
